Who We Are

At BPV, we believe that a large part of being a successful advisor or consultant boils down to chemistry with our clients. Therefore, you need to know who we are. BPV was founded in 2019 after Bill Payne and Jeremy Frost determined they wanted to join forces and work together. They met at a Bible Study Fellowship meeting and developed a close friendship grounded in their faith, common interests, and complimentary skills.

Jeremy and Bill have over sixty years of business and leadership experience combined to offer a unique set of skills to our clients. We bring financial, marketing/sales, and general management expertise based on our respective professional experiences. We have both managed and been responsible for successful business and leadership transitions. We now find great joy in sharing those experiences with others to assist them in successful transitions.

Jeremy Frost

Jeremy brings over 20 years of leadership experience including consulting, management support, real estate development, community involvement, and non-profit support.

Previously Jeremy was the CFO for a growth-oriented technology company, ITS Partners, listed in the INC 5000 for fastest-growing companies six years straight. As CFO, Jeremy oversaw the company’s administrative, financial, and risk management operations as a key member of the executive team while leading internal IT and People Services (HR). The rapid pace of change in a growing IT company gave Jeremy experience leading during a time in business transition.

Starting his career at Crowe Horwath, Jeremy spent seven years in public accounting with an assurance focus while gaining experience with individual and corporate tax, mergers and acquisitions, and business process consulting.

Over the last 20 years, Jeremy has also spent time assisting several business start-ups, scale-ups, and transitions. Continuing to maintain his CPA license, Jeremy also has his real estate brokerage license, operating out of Westbridge Realty.

Jeremy married his high school sweetheart and is the father of three energetic kids. Work and family are his most significant hobbies, but he enjoys being active and will compete in just about any activity as time allows.

Bill Payne

Bill brings to BPV a 40-year career at Amway with a range of roles, concluding as Vice Chairman. Over those 40 years, Bill was known for his collaborative leadership style and ability to drive execution and leadership through times of change. He accomplished this by creating an environment of trust, open communication, and resolve, and bringing parties together to find the ultimate right solution for the opportunities and challenges that present themselves.

Bill is known as an experienced C-Suite executive who understands the importance of humility and service in leadership while at the same time driving for maximum performance. This skill applies well in all business settings. Bill’s skills, combined with Jeremy’s, bring experience in advising privately held businesses during times of transition and succession. Bill played a role in helping guide Amway’s family leadership with a generational and business leadership transition. Both Jeremy and Bill provide a unique combination of skills and experience to help family management and non-family professional management create a sound and productive working relationship.

Bill currently serves on several family business boards and also Corewell Health’s system board. On a personal front, Bill has been married to his wife, Jillane, for 48 years, and together they have three married adult children and four grandchildren. He is very active in both his community and church. He enjoys a range of outside interests, but golf, boating, and hanging with his grandkids top the list.

Both Bill and Jeremy provide a unique combination of skills and experience to help closely held businesses create a sound and productive leadership team following periods of transition.
