Acquisition Criteria:
Berkshire Pacific Ventures, LLC seeks to acquire:
- Underperforming shopping centers with repositioning potential or with a value -added component at the time of acquisition
- Land for ground-up anchored retail development and tenant build-to-suit
- In-fill Mixed Use Sites (Retail and Residential)
- California Properties (Northern, Southern and Central California)
- All Cash, or Cash to Existing Loan
The above-reference criteria sets forth in general terms the types of assets Berkshire Pacific is seeking, however, we can be flexible as the situation might require. |
