Founding Principals of Berkshire Pacific Ventures LLC welcome you to our website. We are based in the San Francisco Bay Area, and are developing real estate in the Western United States, especially Northern California.

Berkshire Pacific Ventures has a Mission Statement that is the culmination of the combined experience of over 80 years to create quality projects in major freeway and urban locations that will maximize the success of our tenants and provide a pool of investment-grade pride-of-ownership properties for ourselves and our investors.

Our Business Model is based upon our ability to identify and control high-barrier-to-entry sites and important sites in areas of growth, to work with all governmental agencies, to establish long term relationships with our tenants, to formulate and deliver projects with identity, and to manage our assets to meet all financial scenarios.
